Hartt, an independent member of the Company's Board of Directors, passed away on January 3, 2018. Mr. Hartt was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2013 and was the Chair of the Company's Compensation and Human Resources Committee, as well as a member of the Audit & Corporate Governance Committee.
