The period for the calling of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, as prescribed in Subsection 133(3) of the Canada Business Corporation Act, has been extended until August 31, 2018. The meeting initially planned on June 29, 2018 will not be held, as announced on SEDAR on this day, and a new date to hold the meeting by August 31, 2018 will be communicated to the shareholders later.
