RIWI Announces Grant of Stock Options

Toronto, ON / TheNewswire / August 24, 2017 - RIWI Corp. (CSE: RIW) (the “Company” or “RIWI”) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted 200,000 stock options (“Options”) to an officer of the Company pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan.  The Options expire on August 24, 2022, and are exercisable at a price of $2.00 per share.
