Nobelium Tech Corp. Announces Appointment of New Director and Corporate Secretary



HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA / TheNewswire / May 11, 2018 – NOBELIUM TECH CORP. (“Nobelium” or the “Company”) a capital pool company, announces that Erroll Treslan, a Nobelium director and the current President and CEO of the Company, has been appointed Corporate Secretary of Nobelium, effective immediately, replacing Glenn Jessome, who has resigned as Corporate Secretary of the Company effective immediately.

 

Nobelium also announces that John Varghese has resigned from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) effective immediately, and Mike Anaka is appointed to the Board effective immediately. Mr. Anaka is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
