1. (i)shareholders fixed the number of directors at nine (9) and elected James Paterson, Terry Edwards, David Redekop, Tim Pirie, Michael Conway, Peter Jeffrey, Bruce Campbell, Robert Louie and Warren Matheos as directors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.  Rachel Colabella advised the board prior to the meeting of her resignation for personal reasons and that she did not wish to be nominated for election as a director for the ensuing year; 

 

1. (ii)shareholders approved the re-appointment of Pricewaterhouse Coopers as the auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year; and 

 

1. (iii)shareholders re-approved the Corporation’s rolling stock option plan.
