I am very saddened to announce the sudden and recent  passing of Douglas M. Stuve. Doug was a partner at Burstall Winger Zammit LLP in Calgary, Alberta.

I have known Doug for over 15 years and will miss him. He was an excellent lawyer, a good friend and a champion for the small cap markets in Canada. I would like to extend my sincere condolences to his family and his colleagues.
