Mr. Duda is a Chartered Professional Accountant who brings Pacific Arc with over 25 years of senior industry experience within public and private companies in all aspects of corporate finance, strategic planning, risk management, regulatory reporting, operations, business development and technology implementation. He graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds numerous Canadian Securities Institute accreditations. Mr. Duda will play a key role as Pacific Arc moves to its next stage of corporate development and will add invaluable strength to the Company’s corporate governance initiatives.

(formerly First Associates Investments Inc. and Yorkton Securities Inc.), Union Securities Ltd. and Omni Vita Custom Wealth Management Inc.  Additionally, Mr. Duda has extensive board experience.
