Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / August 1, 2017 -- BlackIce Enterprise Risk Management Inc. (“BlackIce” or the “Company”) (CSE: BIS) has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 1,785,000 Units at $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $89,250.  Each Unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.10 cents per warrant share for a period of two years from the closing date.  A finder’s fee will be payable to qualified persons.
