Sunora Foods Inc. has also completed the amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary Sunora Foods Ltd with Sunora Foods Inc. This amalgamation was executed to reduce future corporate filings (one filing versus two) and provide the opportunity to benefit from potential deferred tax assets held by Sunora Foods Ltd. The amalgamation was completed on July 4, 2018.
