Calgary, Alberta December 10, 2018 – Labrador Technologies Inc. ("Labrador" or the "Corporation") (TSXV: "LTX") announces that both Blu Tec Inc. and Labrador have agreed to terminate further financing at this time. The original Agreement with Blu Tec Inc. was announced on October 4, 2018.  Currently, Labrador has no financing outstanding. 

  

The Corporation also announces that Kelby Price is no longer employed as Vice President Corporate Development.  Labrador thanks Ms. Price for her time with the Corporation and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
