TSX-V: CEA (“Cerus” or “the Company”) would like to provide a project update, pursuant to the company’s new release on August 28, 2018, regarding the start of heavy construction operations at One Eleven Cannabis Inc’s (“One Eleven”) marijuana development near Wynyard, Saskatchewan.

One Eleven has completed the heavy construction phase, which was comprised of land location and access roads, in preparation for the construction of One Eleven’s 20,000 square foot marijuana growing facility. It is the intent of the Company to initiate the construction and erecting of the facility structure later this week.
