(TSXV:AST) reports the grant of stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of Astron and its subsidiaries for the purchase of up to 2,050,00 common shares of Astron at a price of $0.30 per share.  The options are exercisable for five years and vest as to 25% on the grant date, and 25% on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant.
