TORONTO / TheNewswire /  August 14, 2017 - ONEnergy Inc. ("ONEnergy" or the “Company”) (TSXV: OEG) announced today that it entered in an agreement to issue $1.2 million in convertible notes (“Notes”).  The Notes have a 12 month duration, a 12% coupon and will be convertible into common shares of the Company at a conversion rate of $0.50 per share.  The Notes may be redeemable by the noteholder at par plus $85,000 plus accrued and unpaid interest upon 30 days' written notice.  The securities issued under this private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period. The private placement is expected to close August 14, 2017.
