Vancouver, British Columbia / TheNewswire / April 16, 2018:  Radiant Health Care Inc. (the "Company" or "Radiant") is pleased to announce that it has reached a settlement with HydRx Farms Ltd. ("HydRx") in connection with the termination of an amalgamation agreement between the parties, whereby Radiant was to acquire HydRx resulting in the reverse takeover of Radiant by HydRx (see news release dated July 18, 2017).

 

Pursuant to the terms of a termination and release dated as of February 7, 2018, HydRx has paid a $500,000 break fee to the Company.
