RIWI Announces Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer and Grant of Stock Options

Toronto, ON / TheNewswire / June 13, 2017 - RIWI Corp. (CSE: RIW) (the “Company” or “RIWI”) announces that, effective immediately, Daniel Kriznic has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to focus on other business ventures in which he is currently involved.  Ms. Annette Cusworth, CPA CA, will assume the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer and has temporarily resigned from the Company’s Audit Committee.  Mr. Don Shumka, a member of the Audit Committee, will assume Ms. Cusworth’s position as Audit Committee Chair.

 

RIWI further announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted an aggregate of 200,000 stock options (“Options”) to certain directors and officers Company pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan.  The Options expire on June 13, 2022, and are exercisable at a price of $2.04 per share.
