(“DMD” or the “Company”) (NEX: DMG.H), a leader in digital intelligence for the health industry announces that Mark Benthin has resigned from the Board of Directors, and that Mr. Bertrand Bolduc and Mr. Pierre-Yves Desbiens are appointed to the Board of Directors effective May 16, 2018.  

 

We thank Mr. Benthin for his valuable contribution to the Board over the years. Mr. Benthin will remain part of DMD’s strategic team as a special advisor to the President.

 

Mr. Bolduc is the chairman and co-owner of Galenova Inc. / Gentes & Bolduc, Pharmacists Inc. and shareholder and co-founder of Sterinova Inc., both successful companies  in the pharmaceutical field. Mr. Bolduc is a seasoned executive with more than 26 years’ experience and is active on several Board of Directors including Prevtec Microbia inc and Greenshield Canada.  Mr. Bolduc is also the President of l’Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec since 2014.

 

Mr. Desbiens is currently Chief Operating Officer of the NEOMED Institute. He has more than 30 years of professional and managerial experience, mostly in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry. He has accumulated experience as Director and Chairman of audit committees in public and private Biotechs including the Board of Directors of Héma-Québec (The Quebec Red-cross). He is currently Chairman of the Board of the Théâtre Denis-Pelletier and Director and Chairman of the audit committee on the Board of Replicor Inc.

 

The addition to the Board of these two marquis players in the pharma industry will increase the depth of the Board by their seasoned advices.
