BlackIce Completes Financing

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / August 30, 2017 – BlackIce Enterprise Risk Management Inc. (CSE: BIS) (the “Company”) has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”). The Company issued 1,400,000 units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.05 per Unit, for gross proceeds of $70,000. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (each a “Share”) and one-half of a share purchase warrant (each a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Share (a “Warrant Share”) at a price of $0.10 per Warrant Share for a period of 24 months following issuance.
The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for working capital.
All of the Shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement (including Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of Warrants) will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring December 18, 2017.
After giving effect to the Private Placement, the Company will have an aggregate of 106,005,875 Shares issued and outstanding.
