(CSE: GTBE, OTCQB: GTGEF, FWB: 1NZ.F) ("G2BE" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held Thursday, March 22, 2018, all resolutions proposed were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company.

 

Among other resolutions, shareholders elected three incumbent directors - Slawomir Smulewicz, Michael Young, and Glenn Little – as well as a new director, Andrew Lee. Mr. Lee is the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Blue Creek Forest Products Ltd., a private forestry company he founded in 2015 that is focused on small scalable operations to manufacture and process wood products. In addition, he serves as an independent director of Phoenix Gold Resources Corp. He has previously served as a director of a number of public companies and has been a consultant, assisting with financings and corporate development, to mineral exploration companies since 1998. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.
