Westridge To Delist From NEX And Transfer Listing To Canadian Securities Exchange And Appointment Of New Director

Vancouver, British Columbia / TheNewswire / October 6, 2017 – Westridge Resources Inc. (“Westridge” or the “Company”), announces that the Company has received confirmation from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) that the common shares of the Company (the “Shares”) are expected to commence trading on the CSE under symbol “WST”. The Company has requested that its Shares be voluntarily delisted from the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange concurrent with the listing of the Shares on the CSE at the opening of market on October 17, 2017.
Appointment of Director
The Company is also pleased to announce the addition of Henry Chow to its board of directors. Mr. Chow is a Partner at Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP and was also appointed to the Company’s audit committee.
Mr. Chow brings extensive experience in the areas of financial management, public company accounting, financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and planning. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2000 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He articled with KPMG LLP in Vancouver, Canada, and obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation in 2003. Since 2008, he has been a Founding Partner at Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP, a public practice accounting firm specializing in audit, financial statement preparation, and consulting for public companies in Canada and the United States. He is also an Executive Director with INCUB8, a Vancouver-based private company that provides professional and strategic management for start-up and emerging companies.
