KDA Group Develops New Division, AllianceDentaire, in the Dental Care Field

Thetford Mines, Quebec - TheNewswire October 14, 2020 KDA Group Inc. (TSXV:KDA) (“KDA” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce the expansion of a new division in the dental care field for the province of Quebec.

The new division, AllianceDentaire, will soon be offering replacement services for dental clinics in Quebec. Dentists,  hygienists,  dental assistants  and  administrative  staff  will  be  able  to  register  via  the website beginning October 30. AllianceDentaire will be responsible for selecting the best candidate for the position and will ensure a rigorous follow-up with the clientele to develop a long-lasting and trustworthy business relationship with the dentist-owners. An important shortage is disrupting the dental field in Quebec and we believe that our replacement services will attract many dentist-owners. AllianceDentaire will be a reference as a replacement service agency for dental clinics throughout the province of Quebec.

The new division will also offer, via the Corporation's educational platform, Campus Logistik (, continuing education services to professionals working in this sector. There is a significant need for continuing education in this sector of activity, since professionals are subject to the regulations in force set up by the various professional orders. Also, the pharmacological component is underdeveloped and the division will use the Corporation's current resources to offer quality trainings that will meet the recurring professional needs from year to year.

The adoption of Bill 29 by the Quebec National Assembly marks the beginning of a new era for dental care in Quebec, offering many opportunities for AllianceDentaire to stand out in this constantly evolving environment. Many needs must be met in this sector and we are already developing innovative solutions that will allow this division to quickly and strategically position itself in this market and develop many business relationships. In Quebec, more than 5,000 professionals practice as dentists1 in more than 900 clinics. In Canada, more than 20,000 dentists2 practice this profession.

“We are proud to be at the forefront and to bring, share and apply our expertise and experience to this new sector of activity. We will apply the same discipline and professionalism that we have demonstrated in the pharmaceutical sector to the dental field throughout the province of Quebec. We will also be able to eventually extend these services to other Canadian provinces,” said Marc Lemieux, Chief Executive Officer of KDA.
