(“International Bethlehem” or the ”Company”) (TSXV NEX:IBC.H) is pleased to announce that it intends to consolidate its common shares on up to a ten (10) for one (1) basis (the “Share Consolidation”) and to change its name (the “Name Change”). The board of directors of the Company has not yet determined the final ratio for the Share Consolidation, and a further news release will be issued once a decision has been reached.  The Company currently has 20,930,951 common shares outstanding, and assuming the Share Consolidation was completed on a ten (10) for one (1) basis the Company would have approximately 2,093,095 common shares outstanding.  Completion of the Share Consolidation and Name Change are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”).
