Bloom Energy ($BE) Innovating Healthcare with Installation of Fuel Cell System at Stamford Health

This installation marks a significant milestone for the healthcare sector's transition to cleaner energy. 


The 2MW Energy Server™ was installed at Stamford Hospital on the Bennett Medical Center Campus, while a 700kW platform was installed at Tully Health Center, both in Connecticut's Fairfield County. These installations will provide Stamford Health staff with predictable, stable power, enabling them to offer high-quality medical care to patients.


Bloom's solid oxide fuel cells can generate electricity from a range of fuels, including natural gas and biogas, without combustion, reducing air pollutants such as nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides.
