Asiatel Outsourcing Inc. Appoints MNP LLP as New Auditor

Vancouver, BC — September 30, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Asiatel Outsourcing Inc. (TSXV: ATOI), a Philippine-founded Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing company, has appointed MNP LLP as its successor auditor, effective September 28, 2026. MNP LLP replaces Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP, the Company’s former auditor.

The change of auditor was made at the request of Asiatel Outsourcing. The Company’s Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP on September 28, 2026, and subsequently appointed MNP LLP to serve until the Company’s next annual general meeting of shareholders.

According to the press release, there were no reservations in the Former Auditor's audit reports concerning the audits of the Company's two most recently completed financial years. Additionally, there are no “reportable events” between Asiatel Outsourcing and its Former Auditor, as defined by National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations.

In compliance with NI 51-102, Asiatel Outsourcing will file a Notice of Change of Auditor, along with the required letters from both the Former Auditor and the Successor Auditor, on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca under the Company’s profile.
