Musk Ventures Announces CEO Resignation and Interim Appointment

Vancouver, British Columbia — September 12, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Musk Ventures Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Brendan Purdy from the Company’s Board of Directors, as well as his roles as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective September 11, 2025.

The Board expressed its gratitude to Mr. Purdy for his service and contributions to the Company, wishing him well in his future endeavors. The Company also announced the appointment of Mr. Eugene Beukman as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He will serve in this role while the Board conducts a search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer.
