Copper One Resources Reports High Copper and Silver Results from Majuba Hill Project
July 11, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Copper One Resources Corp. has reported high copper and silver assay results from underground sampling conducted during a recent breccia mapping program at its Majuba Hill Copper-Silver-Gold Project in Pershing County, Nevada. The program aimed to characterize breccia textures within the historic Middle Adit, confirming the presence of breccia-hosted copper mineralization and its relationship to surface structures.
Sample MHR-793 yielded significant values, returning 10.5% copper and 188 parts per million (5.5 ounces per ton) silver. This sample, along with adjacent sample MHR-794, described oxide copper as azurite within magmatic-hydrothermal intrusive breccias featuring a tourmaline matrix.
The 2026 sampling initiative collected eight rock samples from fifteen locations to characterize breccia textures. This follows up on eight rock samples collected in 2016, which showed copper content ranging from 0.39% to 1.6%.
David Greenway, President and CEO of Copper One, stated that the company has entered an exciting new phase with drilling now underway on its initial ExploreTech AI-designed core hole. He highlighted that the recent underground mapping has strengthened the geological model by confirming breccia-hosted copper mineralization. By integrating detailed field geology with AI-assisted exploration tools, Copper One continues to refine drill targets and enhance the precision of its exploration program, adding confidence to the current drill program as it assesses the extent and continuity of the mineralized breccia system.
The 2026 Spring surface geological mapping program focused on identifying and delineating outcropping tourmaline breccia bodies believed to be linked to high-grade copper mineralization. Geological mapping conducted underground within the historic Middle Adit corroborated the presence of the same breccia styles observed during surface mapping. The program confirmed a known northeast-trending breccia system and identified a previously under-reported north-northwest-trending breccia corridor. This refinement of structural targets and identification of new areas with potential for high-grade copper mineralization provides enhanced geological confidence for the ongoing 2026 drill program.
Four of the five planned drill sites will be utilized for up to nine holes. Drill site 26PDH-1 is positioned to drill below the Middle Adit's high-grade rock samples and will also test the southern extension of hydrothermal-magmatic breccias with a tourmaline matrix. Previous drill holes have intersected high-grade copper and silver-bearing hydrothermal-magmatic breccias, including MHB-2 which returned 146 feet (44.5 meters) grading 1.41% copper and 97.6 ppm silver, including 28 feet at 0.74% copper and 120.8 ppm silver; and MHB-32 which yielded 379.5 feet (115.7 meters) grading 0.33% copper and 16.97 ppm silver, including 40 feet (12.2 meters) at 1.36% copper and 13.33 ppm silver.
The Majuba Hill Copper-Silver-Gold Deposit in Nevada is Copper One's flagship exploration project. Nevada is recognized as a premier mining jurisdiction, ranked first globally in the Fraser Institute’s 2022 Annual Survey of Mining Companies. The Majuba Hill property encompasses approximately 9,684 acres and is situated roughly 113 road kilometers southwest of Winnemucca and 251 kilometers northeast of Reno. The project benefits from established infrastructure, including road access, power, water, and access to skilled personnel.
Exploration to date has identified a large copper-silver-gold mineralized system that remains open for further evaluation. Additional drilling and technical studies are necessary to determine the extent, continuity, and potential of this mineralization. Copper One is advancing its portfolio through systematic exploration, modern geological modeling, and disciplined technical evaluation, aiming to meet the growing global demand for critical metals for electrification, AI infrastructure, data centers, renewable energy, defense, and power system modernization.
