Armory Mining Corp. Acquires Option for British Columbia Mineral Claim

Vancouver, British Columbia — August 20, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Armory Mining Corp. (CSE: ARMY) (OTC: RMRYF) (FRA: 2JS) has acquired the option to purchase a 100% interest in a British Columbia mineral claim, further to its previous announcement on August 7, 2026. The claim, designated #1131225, covers approximately 1,173.98 hectares in the Happy Creek area, situated about 150 km east of Williams Lake.

The acquisition is being made under an option agreement with 1538963 B.C. Ltd. As initial consideration for the option, Armory Mining Corp. has issued 12,000,000 common shares. Additional share issuances are scheduled, with 500,000 common shares due on or before October 14, 2027, and a final 500,000 common shares due on or before August 14, 2028. Upon the complete issuance of all 13,000,000 common shares, the company will hold a 100% interest in the property.

Armory Mining Corp. retains the right to accelerate the exercise of the option at any point by issuing any remaining consideration shares before their respective due dates. All common shares issued under the option agreement will be subject to four-month holding periods, commencing from their issuance date, in compliance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
