AC/DC Battery Metals Moves to Semi-Annual Financial Reporting

Coquitlam, BC — April 23, 2026 — Leads & Copy — AC/DC Battery Metals Inc. has announced it will move to semi-annual financial reporting (SAR), relying on Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933.

The decision allows the company to be exempt from filing interim financial reports for its first and third quarters.

Eligible venture issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange can voluntarily move from a quarterly to a semi-annual financial reporting framework under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933.

AC/DC Battery Metals’ fiscal year concludes on July 31, 2026. The company will not file an interim report for the first quarter ending October 31, 2026, nor will it file an interim report for the third quarter ending April 30, 2027.

AC/DC will continue to file audited annual financial statements, due within 120 days of July 31, 2026, and six-month interim financial reports, due within 60 days of January 31, 2027.

The company confirms it meets the pilot program's eligibility criteria, which include being a venture issuer with annual revenues of less than $10 million and maintaining a clean 12-month continuous disclosure record.

This announcement is being filed pursuant to Coordinated Blanket Order 51 – 933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers.

AC/DC Battery Metals is focused on its Nickel Project in British Columbia. The Mount Sidney Williams Group consists of three claim blocks with a total area of 10,569 hectares. It adjoins and is near the Decar project of FPX Nickel Corp., located 100 kilometres northwest of Fort St. James, B.C., in the Omineca mining division. Metallic mineralization includes nickel, cobalt, and chromium. At least some of the nickel mineralization occurs as awaruite. The Mitchell Range Group area claim consists of one claim block covering 8,659 hectares with demonstrated metallic mineralization including nickel, cobalt, and chromium. Nickel cobalt mineralization has not been well explored, but the presence of awaruite has been documented. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Nickel Project.

The Copper Property consists of 17 claims comprising 27,525.24 hectares located in the Omineca Mining Division of north-central British Columbia, approximately 150 km north of Fort St. James. The claims are not subject to any royalty terms, back-in rights, payments or any other agreements and encumbrances. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Copper Property.
