Canadian Uranium Corp. Refiles Financial Statements and MD&A Following BCSC Review

Vancouver, British Columbia — August 21, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Canadian Uranium Corp. (CSE: CANU) has amended, restated, and refiled its unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2026, and the related management’s discussion and analysis, following a continuous disclosure review by the BC Securities Commission (BCSC). These revised documents, referred to as the Restated Documents, replace those originally filed on May 28, 2026, and investors are advised not to rely on the previous filings.

The BCSC review determined that assumptions used to calculate the fair value of common shares issued as consideration for the acquisition of Impact Uranium Group Ltd. (“Impact”) needed revision in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. Specifically, the fair value of the 8,255,187 common shares issued for Impact has been adjusted to reflect the Company’s closing share price on the acquisition date of March 17, 2026, adhering to IFRS 3 – Business Combinations.

Furthermore, disclosures within the management’s discussion and analysis have been updated to consistently state that the acquisition of Impact was completed on March 17, 2026, correcting a prior inconsistency. The company has stated that these restatements do not affect its Condensed Interim Consolidated Statements of Loss and Comprehensive Loss or its Condensed Interim Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the first quarter of 2026. Further details regarding the restatement can be found in Note 14 of the Interim Financial Statements.

The Restated Documents are accessible on SEDAR+ under the Company’s profile at www.sedarplus.ca.
