Hybrid Power Solutions Announces Agreement with Location GM
TORONTO, Ontario — March 12, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. (CSE: HPSS) (OTC: HPSIF) (FSE: E092) has announced an agreement with Location GM, a Quebec-based equipment rental specialist, for nine of Hybrid’s Spark units, valued at Cdn $521,100.
Two Spark units have already been delivered and are operational at a major Montreal airport construction project. The remaining seven units are scheduled for delivery in Q4 (May) 2026 to support Location GM’s inventory of clean power solutions for rental to contractors across the province.
According to Francois Byrne, CEO and Director of Hybrid Power Solutions, the agreement marks an important expansion into Quebec's commercial construction and equipment rental markets. He added that with two units powering work at the Montreal airport project, the company is demonstrating the real-world performance and value of the Spark in large-scale construction settings. Byrne said that partnering with a rental leader like Location GM will make the company's fuel-free technology more accessible to contractors province-wide, accelerating adoption of sustainable power alternatives on job sites.
The collaboration enables contractors to access Hybrid's Spark systems through Location GM’s rental network, allowing them to trial and deploy clean, dependable power for excavation, elevation, material handling, and other on-site needs. The partnership aligns with increasing demand for emissions-free equipment options that support productivity while advancing environmental and regulatory goals.
The order is part of the LMDH Equipment Sales Inc. advance purchase order previously disclosed in October 2025. The agreement with Location GM forms part of a larger strategic initiative to broaden product offerings by partnering with both domestic and international rental companies. These collaborations focus on delivering reliable power solutions tailored to the needs of contractors and industrial clients.
The Spark series offers modular portable power with continuous outputs up to 24kW and energy storage from 20kWh to 60kWh. It is suited for construction sites, remote projects, and equipment-intensive applications. Solar-ready and hybrid-capable, the Spark enables integration with renewable sources for extended off-grid runtime, helping contractors reduce emissions, noise, fuel costs, and regulatory compliance burdens.
Location GM maintains strategically positioned branches throughout Québec. It provides access to an inventory of heavy machinery, excavation equipment, aerial work platforms, forklifts, and specialized tools. Location GM is known for customer service, including early-morning availability from 5:00 a.m., technical guidance, and province-wide delivery.
