Credissential Inc. Licenses Quantum-Secured Platform to Effective Acceleration Ventures

Calgary, Alberta — July 10, 2025 — NewsWall — Credissential Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, Antenna Transfer Inc., has entered into a binding exclusive license and platform agreement with Effective Acceleration Ventures Limited for the deployment and use of the Antenna Platform by EAV.

Under the agreement, EAV has been granted exclusive rights to use, market, and reference the Platform within the defense-sector procurement, personnel sourcing, and payment-processing space globally, subject to a minimum aggregate spend of CAD $1,000,000 by EAV during the initial 12-month term. The exclusivity covers all implementations of the Platform across EAV’s defense-related billing and secure communication infrastructure.

Antenna, operating under the domain Antennatransfer.io, is a proprietary quantum-secured platform designed to enable highly secure payments, file transfers, and end-to-end encrypted communications. The platform uses advanced post-quantum cryptographic techniques and AI-driven security protocols to safeguard data and communications against both classical and quantum-based cyber threats.
