CleanGo Innovations Acquires Stake in AgritechBC Solutions for Global Environmental Restoration

VANCOUVER, BC & Houston, Texas — April 1, 2026 — Leads & Copy — CleanGo Innovations Inc. (CSE: CGII; OTCQB: CLGOF; FRA: APO.F) has finalized a Stock Purchase Agreement, dated March 27, 2026, to acquire a 49% stake in AgritechBC Solutions Inc.

The acquisition combines CleanGo’s green solutions and capital markets expertise with AgritechBC’s nature-based technologies, addressing the increasing global demand for organic environmental restoration. The agreement is the result of a previous Letter of Intent (LOI) between the two companies, announced Oct 21, 2025.

The acquisition centers on AgritechBC’s suite of exclusive intellectual property. Their technologies, including MycoSet™, BioIngress™, and PhytoCentra™, are developed using natural and scientifically proven processes. These solutions offer an alternative to chemical treatments, utilizing natural mechanisms to manage landfill waste and remediate contaminated industrial sites and oil leases without introducing synthetic toxins.

With this acquisition, CleanGo aims to enter the Global Environmental Remediation Market, which was valued at approximately $113.6 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $210.56 billion by 2030. Additionally, the global Waste Management Market, specifically landfill optimization, represents a $1.5 trillion opportunity as municipalities shift toward sustainable, organic diversion and treatment strategies.
