Northern Lights Resources Corp. Releases 3D Animation Illustrating Deep Structure of Horetzky Porphyry System

Vancouver, BC – September 3, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Northern Lights Resources Corp. (CSE: NLR) (OTC: NLRCF) (FSE: 0ZH0) has released a 3D animation to illustrate the deep structure of its Horetzky porphyry system. This visual tool complements the company's August 31, 2026 exploration update, which detailed how MobileMT results, a 3D aeromagnetic model, and modern inversion of historical IP/resistivity data are being analyzed to refine and prioritize future exploration targets at the Horetzky project.

Luka Capin, Interim CEO of Northern Lights, stated that the animation provides shareholders and potential investors with a clear visual representation of the magnetic and resistivity models' relationship within the Horetzky porphyry system. He emphasized that static 2D renderings do not adequately convey the scale and complexity of the target, and the animation offers a stronger technical basis for refining and prioritizing exploration efforts, while also enhancing the appreciation of the project's potential size.

The 3D animation displays the previously reported aeromagnetic susceptibility inversion and the 2026 MobileMT resistivity inversion within a shared 3D viewing environment. The magnetic model indicates a multi-phase magnetic intrusive complex extending over 2,500 meters from the surface to the inversion's depth limit. The MobileMT model maps inferred resistivity architecture to a depth exceeding 1,000 meters. These models are presented together to show their spatial correlation, with geophysical responses requiring evaluation alongside geological, geochemical, and drilling information.

Integration of the 3D inversion models allows for the inversion of detailed aeromagnetic survey data, flown by Precision GeoSurveys for Volatus Capital Corp. in 2021, with the AFMAG inversion. Displaying both magnetic susceptibility and AFMAG resistivity clearly delineates the magnetic porphyry intrusion, which is overlain by a high-resistivity silica lithocap. The magnetic susceptibility inversion is depicted in pink, indicating the deep magnetic porphyry intrusion, while the AFMAG inversion, shown in yellow, highlights the resistive silica lithocap.

The Horetzky Copper Project encompasses 5,057 hectares within British Columbia's Babine Porphyry Belt and holds a five-year Multi-Year Area Based exploration permit that authorizes activities such as geophysical surveying, trenching, and drilling up to 100 holes.

The Babine porphyry belt is characterized by volcanic and sedimentary rocks intruded by Eocene-age diorite to granodiorite porphyries. This belt is known for its porphyry-style mineralization, including copper, silver, and molybdenum. Notable past-producing mines in the area include Bell and Granisle, as well as advanced exploration projects like Nak, operated by American Eagle Gold Corp., and the Duke district, operated by Amarc Resources Ltd.

The Horetzky project covers the Mt. Horetzky Porphyry, which was initially explored in 1965 by Falconbridge. Subsequent exploration by the Hecla Operating Company involved drilling eight diamond drill holes based on surface geochemistry and geophysics, which encountered typical porphyry-style copper mineralization. Several operators, including Rio Algom, CJL Enterprises, and Volatus Capital, have conducted subsequent exploration programs with encouraging results.
