Spartan Metals Engages Strategic Marketing Innovations to Secure U.S. Federal Program Support

Vancouver, Canada, June 11, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Spartan Metals Corp. announced it has engaged Strategic Marketing Innovations, Inc (SMI) for a 12-month period to position the company for U.S. federal program support and funding for its Victorio Tungsten-Molybdenum and Eagle Tungsten-Silver-Rubidium Projects. SMI will assist Spartan Metals in navigating the U.S. critical minerals ecosystem.

Brett Marsh, Spartan’s President and CEO, stated that the addition of SMI is a significant step in advancing opportunities within the U.S. critical minerals sector. He highlighted SMI's track record in supporting companies aiming to engage with federal agencies and access programs designed to accelerate domestic supply chains for strategically important materials.

“With growing government support for critical minerals, including tungsten, through initiatives led by the Department of Defense and Department of Energy, SMI's expertise will assist Spartan in evaluating potential government programs, funding mechanisms, and strategic initiatives,” Marsh said. “We are excited to leverage their experience as we continue positioning Spartan as a potential contributor to North America's secure tungsten supply.”

Founded in 1993, SMI offers government relations services focused on federal policy, appropriations, and marketing. The firm employs 50 Senior Advisors, many of whom are former high-level government officials and scientists, with extensive access and knowledge across various government agencies and programs. SMI maintains key relationships with senior officials and program managers in multiple federal departments and agencies.

In the past decade, SMI has helped clients secure contract awards and obtain substantial funding for projects in areas such as advanced materials, additive manufacturing, semiconductor technology, and hypersonics. The firm's policy expertise is broad, with a notable success rate in national security, including wins within the annual National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Spartan Metals is focused on developing critical minerals projects in stable mining jurisdictions in the Western United States. The company aims to build a portfolio of diverse strategic defense minerals, including Tungsten, Rubidium, Antimony, Bismuth, and Arsenic.

The company’s project portfolio includes an option to earn a 100% interest in the Victorio Tungsten-Molybdenum Project in New Mexico, which hosts the largest tungsten resource in the United States and contains significant concentrations of beryllium and fluorspar. Spartan also wholly owns the Eagle Tungsten-Silver-Rubidium Project in Nevada, which features the highest-grade historic tungsten resource in the USA. This project includes significant under-defined resources of high-grade silver, rubidium, antimony, bismuth, indium, as well as precious and base metals.
