Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. Reports Continued Success with Infill Drilling at Philadelphia Project

Vancouver, British Columbia — September 8, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. announced today that infill drill holes at its Philadelphia Gold-Silver Project in Mohave County, Arizona, continue to define broad zones of gold mineralization with higher-grade internal intervals above the previously reported high-grade Perry Zone. These results provide further evidence of vertical continuity and reinforce the potential scale of the epithermal gold-silver system, according to the company.

The newly released assay results are from three infill drill holes: PC26-168, PC26-170, and PC26-171B. Each of these holes intersected broad zones of mineralization ranging from 59.2 to 90.71 metres. These new holes continue to delineate a broad, vertically continuous mineralized envelope situated above previously reported high-grade Perry Zone intersections.

The company also noted that with a strategic investment from Evolution Mining, drilling operations have expanded from day-shift to 24-hour operations, significantly increasing the rate of drill core production. Deeper drilling is now underway, testing the down-dip continuation of the high-grade Perry Zone.

Assay intervals for PC26-171B, PC26-168, and PC26-170 were summarized, with intervals reported as drilled lengths, and true thickness estimated at approximately 60% of drilled thickness. Notable intervals from PC26-171B include a total interval of 90.71 metres grading 1.45 grams per tonne of gold (g/t Au) and 3.9 grams per tonne of silver (g/t Ag), with an internal interval of 33.28 metres grading 3.02 g/t Au and 7.4 g/t Ag.

Hole PC26-168 reported a total interval of 30.91 metres grading 1.99 g/t Au and 0.4 g/t Ag, including an interval of 15.15 metres grading 2.91 g/t Au and 0.1 g/t Ag. Hole PC26-170 intersected a total interval of 59.19 metres grading 1.02 g/t Au and 4.4 g/t Ag, including an interval of 21.48 metres grading 2.14 g/t Au and 6.0 g/t Ag.

The infill holes PC26-171B, PC26-168, and PC26-170 were designed to test the up-dip and strike continuity of mineralization previously intersected in the Perry Zone and to further define the broader mineralized envelope surrounding the high-grade core of the system. These holes were drilled while awaiting approval from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to step out and drill deeper, which is now in progress.

Mike Stark, President and CEO of Arizona Gold & Silver Inc., commented that the results provide further evidence of the scale and continuity of mineralization at Philadelphia. He added that Evolution Mining’s strategic investment has enabled the company to expand drilling to 24-hour operations and that efforts are underway to source a second drill. Combined with an expanded permit covering 16 additional drill pads, the company is positioned to accelerate testing of the Perry Zone at depth and advance multiple high-priority targets across the broader project.

Dr. Lex Lambeck, Senior Vice President Exploration, stated that these are the final infill holes in the current phase of the program and that the results continue to demonstrate broad, continuous gold mineralization in the Perry Zone, with higher-grade intervals occurring within wider mineralized envelopes. He noted that this repeated pattern increases confidence in defining a coherent mineralized system. Dr. Lambeck also mentioned that the results are helping refine the system’s geometry and guide deeper drilling, which is currently testing the projected down-dip continuation of the high-grade Perry Zone and the broader potential beneath Red Hills.

Deeper drilling has advanced beneath the Red Hills bulk-tonnage target to test the projected down-dip continuation of the Perry Zone. Holes PC26-172 and PC26-173 have been completed with assays pending, and PC26-174 is currently in progress. The current program is progressively stepping down dip to evaluate the Perry Zone at depth and its relationship to the broad mineralized envelope and a coincident CSAMT geophysical anomaly beneath Red Hills.

Drill core samples were submitted to Skyline Assayers & Laboratories in Tucson, Arizona. The company’s QA/QC program includes the regular insertion of certified reference materials and blanks, and the results were reviewed before publication.
