BRS Resources and Cariboo Rose Commence 2026 Field Program at Cowtrail Copper-Gold Project

Vancouver, BC — May 13, 2026 — Leads & Copy — BRS Resources Ltd. and Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. have announced the commencement of their 2026 field program at the Cowtrail Copper-Gold Porphyry Project, located in south-central British Columbia.

The Cowtrail project spans 4,717 hectares and is situated adjacent to the Woodjam and Redgold copper-gold porphyry projects owned by Vizsla Copper Corp. The site is 20 kilometers southeast of Imperial Metals Corporation's operating Mount Polley Mine, sharing similar geological characteristics with this mine.

Precision GeoSurveys has been contracted to conduct a helicopter-borne high-resolution aeromagnetic, radiometric, and VLF survey. This survey will cover a core area of 27 square kilometers with a nominal line spacing of 100 meters, with flights expected to begin in approximately one week.

Paradigm Diamond Drilling has been engaged to drill 1,500 meters on targets identified in 2023 and 2025. Key results from previous drilling include CT23-16, which yielded 108 meters grading 0.15% copper and 0.009 g/t gold starting at 60 meters, and CT25-23, which yielded 70 meters grading 0.20% copper and 0.102 g/t gold starting at 86 meters. Drilling is anticipated to commence in approximately two weeks.

Since 2022, BRS Resources Ltd. has held an option on the Cowtrail project, allowing them to earn a 60% interest by completing $2,000,000 in exploration expenditures, making $200,000 in cash payments, and issuing shares equivalent to $200,000 by December 19, 2028.
