Kamloops, B.C. — March 31, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Comet Industries Ltd. has announced ongoing momentum for property at Iron Mask Industrial Park (IMIP) following the sale of a 24.2-acre parcel. The transaction, valued at $22 million, represents approximately 22 acres of usable industrial land.

Mike O’Reilly, President and CEO of Comet Industries, stated that the sale is a strong signal of confidence in both IMIP and the Kamloops market. IMIP, located in a strategic corridor with transportation access, is a 190-acre light industrial development designed to support light industrial and commercial users while strengthening the region’s economic base.
