Vitreous Glass Sets Date for Annual Shareholder Meeting

Airdrie, Alberta — December 11, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Vitreous Glass Inc. (TSXV:VCI) will hold its annual general and special meeting Feb. 5, 2026, in Calgary.

The meeting will address audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2025, elect board of directors, appoint MNP LLP as auditor, confirm repeal of By-Law Number 1 and adopt By-Law Number 2, and approve the 10% "rolling" stock option plan.

By-Law Number 2 updates the corporation’s governance framework and introduces advance notice provisions for director nominations. The record date is set for Dec. 29, 2025.
