Rush Gold Corp. Appoints New Director and Engages European Investor Relations Firm

VANCOUVER, BC – September 30, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Rush Gold Corp. announced Tuesday the appointment of Andy Tudor, a seasoned geologist and mining executive with over 40 years of industry experience, to its board of directors, effective immediately. Tudor's extensive background encompasses the entire mineral exploration and mining project lifecycle, from discovery through development and operational management. He has held strategic leadership roles in organizational, operational, and budgetary management of mining and exploration companies, including serving for over a decade as Managing Director & CEO of ASX-listed gold mining and exploration firms. His international experience includes 25 years working on projects in Australia and 15 years across the Asia-Pacific region, including PNG, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. Tudor has managed diverse commodity portfolios, including gold, copper, critical minerals, base metals, and potash.

The company also confirmed the resignation of Rob Birmingham from its board of directors, effective September 30, 2026. Rush Gold expressed its gratitude to Mr. Birmingham for his contributions and wished him well in his future endeavors.

In a separate development, Rush Gold Corp. has engaged Euroswiss Capital Partners Inc. (“Euroswiss”), an international consulting firm based in Luzern, Switzerland, to provide investor relations and capital market advisory services. The agreement, effective September 30, 2026, aims to increase investor awareness of Rush Gold within the European market. Services will include investor marketing through features on investor websites, analyst coverage, and distribution of company information across German financial media, news wires, and press channels. Promotional activities are expected to commence on or before October 5, 2026, for an initial term of five months, concluding by February 5, 2027. Euroswiss will receive a total engagement fee of $50,000, payable within 10 business days of the agreement date. A principal of Euroswiss owns 1,330,000 shares and 200,000 share purchase warrants of Rush Gold. Euroswiss is an arm's-length party to the company.
