Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. Awards 7 Million Restricted Share Units to Employees, Officers and Advisors

VANCOUVER, BC — July 31, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. (TSX.V: CSX) announced today the grant of 7,000,000 restricted share units (RSUs) under its Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. Each RSU grants the holder one common share of the Company upon vesting, which occurs one year from the date of grant.

The RSUs were awarded to a select group of long-standing employees, officers, and advisors. These grants acknowledge their loyalty, dedication, and significant contributions to Clean Seed, particularly their roles in developing the Company's technology, intellectual property, and commercial opportunities. Many recipients have been with Clean Seed for over a decade.

The awards serve as recognition for past contributions and a commitment to Clean Seed's future. The recipients are actively involved with the Company and are dedicated to realizing its vision and generating long-term shareholder value. The grants aim to align the interests of these key individuals with those of Clean Seed's shareholders as the Company enters its next growth phase.

Specifically, 2,000,000 RSUs were issued to two officers of the Company, with the remaining RSUs distributed to other long-term employees and advisors.
