Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc. Announces Transition to Semi-Annual Reporting

Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc. (CSE: ANON)(OTC: ANICF) (FRANKFURT: 1JI0) (“ANON” or the “Company”) has elected to adopt a semi-annual financial reporting framework (“SAR”), relying on Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 – Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers(“CBO 51-933”).

The company, which develops decentralized network infrastructure, data storage technology, and AI tools, said adopting SAR will reduce the administrative and financial burden associated with quarterly reporting. Management will then be able to focus its time and resources on its business objectives, the company said.

Under the SAR framework, Anonymous Intelligence Company will not file Interim Financial Statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis (“Interim Financial Reports”) for the three-month period ending December 31 and the nine-month period ending June 30 of each applicable fiscal year.

The company does not intend to file Interim Financial Reports for the three-month period ending December 31, 2026 (Q1) and the nine-month period ending June 30, 2026 (Q3).

Anonymous Intelligence Company will continue to file audited annual financial statements (due within 120 days of September 30) and six-month Interim Financial Reports (due within 60 days of March 31).

The company confirmed that it meets the eligibility criteria under CBO 51-933 and remains committed to timely disclosure. It will continue to report all material changes and significant developments in accordance with National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
