Baru Gold Identifies Antimony Within Contract of Work Area, Revises Exploration Program

VANCOUVER, B.C. — September 11, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Baru Gold Corp. and its subsidiary PT. Tambang Mas Sangihe have identified Antimony within the company’s Contract of Work Area. The company is preparing for production operations and completed a Technical Review to plan a resource exploration program.

The review included an evaluation of historical geological data, including drill core samples assays, and identified significant drill intercepts indicating the presence of Antimony. Antimony was detected in 20 drill holes on the Bawone and Binebase ore bodies.

The drill exploration program has been revised to expand the existing gold resource and delineate the antimony mineralization. According to Frank Rocca, Chief Geologist at Baru Gold, exploration programs did not focus on elements like Antimony in the past because there was no market or strategic interest at the time. Terrence Filbert, CEO and Chairman of Baru Gold, said the revision to prioritize the evaluation of Antimony concentrations will add a new dimension to the project.

Antimony is used in flame retardants, lead-acid batteries, ammunition, and as an alloying material. The U.S. Geological Survey has listed Antimony as a critical mineral. The company will continue to update shareholders as milestones are achieved in the ramp-up to production operations.

Frank Rocca, Chief Geologist of Baru Gold Corp, reviewed and approved the scientific and technical data in the news release.
