Nuinsco Resources Limited Adopts Semi-Annual Financial Reporting

October 9, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Nuinsco Resources Limited announced today that it has elected to rely on Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers. This change will allow the company to adopt semi-annual financial reporting, beginning with its third-quarter reporting period ended September 30, 2026.

The Blanket Order provides eligible venture issuers with exemptions from the requirement to file interim financial reports and related management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A) for their first and third quarters. Nuinsco has already filed its interim financial reports and related MD&A for the three months ended March 31, 2026, and the six months ended June 30, 2026. Having met the eligibility requirements under the Blanket Order, the company will now utilize the exemption for the nine-month interim period ending September 30, 2026, and will not file an interim financial report or related MD&A for this period.

Nuinsco’s financial year concludes on December 31. Under the new semi-annual reporting framework, the company will continue to file audited annual financial statements and related annual MD&A within 120 days of its financial year-end, and six-month interim financial reports and related MD&A within 60 days of June 30 each year. Consequently, Nuinsco’s next scheduled financial reporting will be its audited annual financial statements and related MD&A for the year ending December 31, 2026.

The company plans to continue using this exemption for future first- and third-quarter reporting periods, provided it remains eligible and the exemptions are available. This shift to semi-annual reporting is intended to decrease reporting costs and administrative burdens, enabling management to redirect resources toward advancing the company’s exploration and development activities. Nuinsco will maintain compliance with its other continuous disclosure obligations, including the timely disclosure of material changes and adherence to Canadian Securities Exchange reporting requirements.
