La Corporation Éco-Minière St-Georges Proposes One-Year Extension for Outstanding Warrants
Montréal, Québec — August 21, 2026 — Leads & Copy — La Corporation Éco-Minière St-Georges (CSE: SX) (OTCQB: SXOOF) (FSE: 85G1), subject to Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) acceptance, intends to extend the expiry date of 5,080,219 outstanding common share purchase warrants issued under the company's private placement on September 6, 2024, by one year.
The warrants currently allow holders to purchase common shares of the company at an exercise price of $0.08 per share and are set to expire on September 6, 2026. The proposed amendment would push their expiration date to September 6, 2027. The exercise price will remain at $0.08, and all other terms of the warrants will stay unchanged.
The September 6, 2024 financing involved the issuance of 10,360,438 units at $0.06 per unit. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of a common share warrant. In total, 5,180,219 full warrants were issued. Following the exercise of 100,000 of these warrants in April 2025, 5,080,219 remain outstanding.
The extension does not apply to the 84,000 compensation warrants issued to a non-arm's length finder in connection with the September 2024 financing.
The company anticipates the amendment will take effect on August 24, 2026, pending acceptance by the CSE.
Some directors, officers, and other parties considered related to the company hold warrants that are subject to the extension. The company will comply with the applicable requirements of Regulation 61-101 on Minority Shareholder Protection Measures in connection with certain transactions for this amendment.
