Harvest Gold Corporation Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia — September 4, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Harvest Gold Corporation announced today that all resolutions presented at its annual general meeting (AGM) on September 4, 2026, were overwhelmingly approved by shareholders, with over 99% of votes cast in favour of each resolution. A total of 18,087,331 common shares were voted, representing 10.08% of the issued and outstanding common shares. The number of directors was set at five, and the following nominees were elected: Richard Mark, Christopher P. Cherry, Edward Zablotny, Patrick Donnelly, and Len Brownlie. Dale Matheson Carr‑Hilton Labonte LLP was re-appointed as the Company's auditor. Shareholders also re-approved the Company's 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan. Following the AGM, the board appointed Len Brownlie as Chair of the Audit Committee, joined by Edward Zablotny and Patrick Donnelly. Patrick Donnelly was appointed Chair of the Compensation Committee, with Edward Zablotny also serving on the committee.
