Ni-Co Énergie Inc. to Begin Fieldwork at Kremer Project in June 2025

Gatineau, Quebec — May 28, 2025 — NewsWall — Ni-Co Énergie inc. will mobilize its technical team to the Kremer property around mid-June 2025. The project is about 90 km from downtown Montreal and about fifteen kilometers from the nearest municipality, in an isolated forest area served by an existing road and close to the hydroelectric network.

The summer campaign (June–July) priorities include targeted prospecting of the southwest TDEM conductors (Kremer-2) to verify the presence of massive or semi-massive outcropping sulphides; prospecting of the northeast TDEM conductors (Kremer-1 2) to assess the nature of EM anomalies and any associated metal index; and analysis of residual conductors in the eastern part to refine the global geophysical model before the final implementation of the holes.

The company re-evaluated 420 samples from 2023 in nickel equivalent (NiEq %), based on market prices as of May 22, 2025 (Ni = $7.0375/lb, Cu = $4.6559/lb, Co = $15.286/lb). Updated results showed 134 samples (> 0.5 % NiEq), 70 samples (> 1.0 % NiEq), a maximum content of 3.89 % NiEq, and an average content (overall) of 0.48 % NiEq. According to the company, these data confirm significant mineralization that could be related to a mafic intrusion interpreted from geophysical surveys. Magnetic, gravimetric and EM surveys show a remarkable agreement over 8 km, suggesting a very favorable environment in the central block (Kremer-2) over 3 km, which is described as an ideal configuration for the establishment of thicker sulphide lenses.

The company anticipates undertaking a drilling campaign in the fall to validate the position and dip of targets via surface work, mobilize two drills in the fall to test the central fold and its deep conductors, and conduct borehole-EM (BHEM) surveys after each hole to visualize the extension of mineralized zones or detect others outside the hole.

Photos of the team, outcrops and trenches will be regularly published on the company's website and on Facebook, LinkedIn and X during the campaign.
