Innovotech Inc. Reports Strong Revenue with Second Quarter Loss

Edmonton, Alberta — August 19, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Innovotech Inc. (TSX-V: IOT) reported strong revenues of $984,327 for the quarter, bringing half-year revenues to $2,142,512. The company recorded a second-quarter loss of $241,199, significantly impacted by a one-time expense of $213,263 related to executive severances.

Revenues decreased from Q1-2025 ($1,158,185) but increased year-over-year compared to Q2-2024 and the half-year ($712,563). CEO Craig Milne stated the company is focused on long-term profitable growth, executing sequential projects from clients extending across several quarters.

During the second quarter, Innovotech acquired intangible assets from BDS Microbial Services Inc., integrating existing clients into Innovotech’s Keystone Labs division, expanding its service offerings and contributing to revenues.
