Frequency Exchange Corp. Appoints Michael Moe to Advisory Board

Frequency Exchange Corp. (TSXV: FREQ; OTC: FRECF) has appointed Michael Moe to its Advisory Board. Moe is the Founder and CEO of GSV, noted for investments in technology firms such as Facebook and Spotify. He co-founded the ASU+GSV Summit, recognized for its focus on digital learning.

Moe, previously with Merrill Lynch and ThinkEquity Partners, has also authored books on entrepreneurship. Stephen Davis, CEO of Frequency Exchange Corp., stated that Moe's addition reflects the company's dedication to execution, governance, and value creation. Moe holds a BA from the University of Minnesota and is a CFA charterholder.
