Bighorn Metals Corp. Engages Fairfax Partners for Investor Relations and Marketing Services
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — August 22, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Bighorn Metals Corp. (CSE: HRNY) has engaged Fairfax Partners Inc. to provide investor relations management, communications infrastructure, and digital marketing services. The agreement, effective August 19, 2026, is for an initial term of six months and has a total value of up to CAD $150,000 plus applicable taxes.
Fairfax Partners, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, will deliver the “Momentum Campaign,” which includes a campaign landing page with a Bighorn Metals narrative, live share-price and SEDAR+/CSE news widgets, and lead-capture forms. The campaign will also involve content and outreach, including up to six “At the Helm” long-form interview features with management or another designated executive, and at least six company-approved newsletter placements, approximately one per month.
Paid digital advertising will promote the landing page and approved content to Canadian small-cap resource equity audiences. This includes search, social, and finance-audience network placements, with creative subject to written company approval. The campaign’s platform and reporting infrastructure will include campaign setup and management across the Momentum property and approved channels, the provisioning of a trained investor-relations agent, an investor CRM workspace, and monthly performance reports.
The total engagement, including any additional Momentum activity of equivalent scope during the term, represents an aggregate of up to CAD $150,000, at Bighorn Metals’ discretion, plus applicable taxes. The agreement is renewable only by mutual written agreement of the parties.
Kosta Tsoutsis, Chief Executive Officer of Bighorn Metals, stated that the engagement is an important step in strengthening investor communications as the company advances its corporate and exploration strategy. He noted that the company’s initial focus is on advancing the Loljuh copper-gold property in British Columbia. Tsoutsis believes Fairfax Partners’ Momentum platform will help increase Bighorn Metals’ visibility, broaden its shareholder base, and create meaningful long-term value.
