Coniagas Battery Metals Inc. Shareholders Elect Directors, Approve Auditor and Equity Plan

Vancouver, BC — July 31, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Coniagas Battery Metals Inc. (TSXV: COS) announced that all nominees put forth in its management information circular dated June 17, 2026, were elected as directors at the company's 2026 annual and special meeting of shareholders. The meeting, held on July 30, 2026, in Vancouver, BC, saw 62.25% of the company's issued and outstanding shares represented.

Detailed voting results for the election of directors are as follows:

Aurelian Basa received 99.38% of votes in favor, with 0.62% withheld. Frank J. Basa garnered 99.90% of votes for and 0.10% withheld. Daniel Barrette received 99.41% of votes for and 0.59% withheld. Yannick Benoit secured 99.40% of votes for and 0.60% withheld. Heidi Gutte obtained 99.39% of votes for and 0.61% withheld. Francois Vezina was elected with 99.40% of votes for and 0.60% withheld.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of SHIM & Associates LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as the company's auditors. Additionally, the shareholders approved Coniagas Battery Metals' updated omnibus equity compensation plan, both as described in the Circular.
