Hanstone Gold Corp. Faces Lawsuits in British Columbia

Vancouver, BC — July 10, 2025 — NewsWall — Hanstone Gold Corp. (TSX.V:HANS) (FRA:HGO) has been named as the defendant in three lawsuits filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The allegations are contained in three notices of claim filed at the Vancouver courthouse on June 25, 2025. The lawsuits were filed by North Shore Aggregates Ltd., Holmes Hosting Services Inc. and Deborah Holmes, all sharing an address in Abbotsford. The plaintiffs claim the Company owes a total of $235,114, with North Shore Aggregates Ltd. claiming $169,764, Holmes Hosting Services Inc. claiming $17,850, and Deborah Holmes claiming $47,500. The plaintiffs are known by the Company as arm’s length parties.

Hanstone intends to defend itself against the claims and will provide further updates as warranted.
